Memory Driven

New approaches to fight Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases might arise from the analysis of big data, as it comes e. g. from genome research. However, this requires massive computer power. Therefore, the DZNE and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) are jointly exploring the potentials of “Memory-Driven Computing” for biomedical research. Recently, Prof. Pierluigi Nicotera, Chairman of the DZNE’s Executive Board, was invited to the HPE's Discover More München conference to talk about this on-going collaboration. The key note which took place in front of a large auditorium was hosted by Antonio Neri, President and CEO of HPE.
