General Works Council

At the DZNE, there are works councils at four locations. In addition, there is a central works council, which is formed from delegates of the local works councils. The tasks of the works councils and also those of the central works council are regulated in the Works Constitution Act. Employee interests are represented by the local works councils, while the central works council is responsible for dealing with matters that affect the company as a whole or several plants and cannot be dealt with by the individual local works councils.
