Compliance

The DZNE is committed to compliance, which in the legal sense describes the observance of legal provisions and internal guidelines by companies and employees.

Responsibility to respect human rights and protect the environment

The DZNE is aware of its responsibility to respect human rights and protect the environment and works continuously to fulfil this responsibility in the best possible way. A policy statement describes the key steps and measures for identifying and avoiding potential human rights and environmental risks in the context of the DZNE's business activities. A whistleblower system enables employees and third parties to provide (anonymous) information on violations of the obligations of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG). The rules of procedure for the complaints procedure and the contact details of the complaints office can be viewed here.
