Study of the Influence of Apolipoprotein-E Polymorphisms on the Structure and Function of Hippocampus Formation, using EEG and Ultra-High-Field 7T MRI

This study will look at how the apolipoprotein-E gene affects the structure (MRI) and activity (fMRI) of specific hippocampal subregions. To this end, a pattern separation / pattern completion paradigm will be applied using a 7T-MRI scanner. In the medium term, plans also call for study of the gene's influence on oscillatory EEG activity
