Clinical research at the Ulm site
The special interest of clinical research at the Ulm site is amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), frontotemporal lobar degenerations (FTLD) and Chorea Huntington's disease. The development of new diagnostic and therapeutic procedures is to be accelerated so that patients can benefit from them. In addition, new formats for clinical studies are being developed. The methodological fields of expertise of the Ulm site of the DZNE are imaging, blood and cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers and innovative formats for clinical trials.
