Neuroscience Meeting with Nobel Laureate

Around 200 experts at “BonnBrain”

Bonn/Germany, March, 13, 2026. About 200 researchers from around the world will gather on Bonn’s Venusberg from March 23 to 25 for the BonnBrain conference. The event will cover current advances in neuroscience, focusing on how neural circuits control behavior. Invited speakers include Norwegian Nobel Prize laureate Edvard Moser, honored in 2014 for discovering specialized brain cells that are involved in spatial orientation and navigation.

The conference, now being held for the eighth time since 2015, is organized jointly by the University of Bonn, DZNE, and the Max Planck Institute for Neurobiology of Behavior – caesar. The participants are scientists from all career stages.
