Current issue of SYNERGIE

The new issue of SYNERGIE - the magazine of the German Centres for Health Research (DZG) - focuses on the human genome and its significance for diseases such as diabetes, cancer, heart attacks and pulmonary hypertension. In the foreword, the chairwoman of the German Ethics Council, Prof. Alena Buyx, comments on this topic. The article on research at the DZNE is devoted to an international project that aims to identify genetically determined risk factors for Parkinson's disease. The threads for this global project come together at the DZNE in Tübingen.
