The “Paradigm” multi-mode detection platform is a highly flexible plate reader based on “ready-to-use” cartridge options. Our system is equipped for standard absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence applications and for specific TRF, AlphaScreen and Fluorescence Polarization (fluorescein and rhodamine) approaches. Reader control and data analysis are performed in SiftMaxPro Software with many integrated “Ready-to-Run” applications. The system is fully integrated into our screening platform.
