Molecular Imaging in Neurodegenerative Diseases – Symposium (MD-MINDS)

We are pleased to announce our first MD-MINDS symposium on human in vivo imaging of neurodegenerative diseases, which will take place at the DZNE Magdeburg just before Christmas. Renowned speakers from the US, Canada and Europe will present recent multimodal imaging data (including PET) with one focus lying on amyloid- and tau pathology in aging and Alzheimer’s disease. Key topics include detection and staging of pathology, effects on brain function and cognition, novel tracers, methods development, caveats and future perspectives.
